Buffalo-Garlic Marinade & Dipping Sauce

1 cup steak sauce
1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce (such as Frank's)
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
4 (1 lb.) Boneless Steaks about 1" thick
Directions: Blend all ingredients except for steaks thoroughly in a medium bowl. Place steaks into a large zippered plastic bag and add marinade. Coat steaks with marinade and refrigerated for several hours or overnight turning several times. Remove steaks from bag and grill as desired. Place marinade into a medium saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and use a dipping sauce for the grilled steaks

Type of Meat/Cut: Any Boneless Steak about 1" thick; such as Tenderloin, Sirloin, or Flank.
