Baked Lobster

Ingredients:
4 frozen lobster tails, 5 oz.
5 tsp. softened butter
1 lemon
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
4 tbs parsley, chopped
Directions: Defrost lobster tails in refrigerator overnight. Cut the top of the shell (the back of the lobster) with scissors, leaving the tail intact. Lift tail meat through the slit and rest it on the shell (piggyback).

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. Combine softened butter, lemon and garlic. Dollop lobster meat with butter mixture and sprinkle parsley on top.

Bake 15 minutes or until meat is white
