from Pork burnt ends I loved the ease of preparation on this item. Simply heat and serve....just as promised. I heated in a 350 oven off about 20 minx and they were perfect! The meat was tender and had just enough fat to add flavor. No gristle. My on,y recommendation would be to use about half as much sauce, or to package the sauce separately and allow consumer to add according to their own taste. The sauce was too sweet and overwhelmed the taste of the pork. I know some folks like a lot of sauce, but I prefer just a small amount. Loved the meat--- not so much the sauce!

from Convenient I liked the Pork Burnt ends, but would prefer the sauce separate from the meat...I prefer less sauce.

from not sure what to do with the 2nd bag... Well, we so disliked the first bag that I'm not sure what to do with the 2nd bag. The meat was very fatty (but it was tender!), and the sauce was overwhelming. Maybe we just aren't as big a fan of BBQ as we thought. I bought this because I thought it was a great idea as it would be easier to eat than ribs, which it was, but the 'fight' with a rib for the extra flavor far outweighs the convenience of this item.

from Too much sauc This product in my opinion would sell better if you sold it WITYHOUT BBQ sauce. The sauce is to sweet plus it takes from the actual smoke taste of pork.I would buy 10 boxes a month if tt were sold without any sauce at all.

from Prefer beef over pork BUT NOT THIS TIME !! Had a great taste, bbq sause and lean. Think the pork is better than the beef burnt ends but also good. Easy and quick to prepare for the table...5 minutes in the micro...hot and delicious.

Valle Secreto First Edition Syrah
Pair the First Edition Syrah with pork, veal or red meat of any sort, especially lamb. Stews and hearty casseroles make excellent stick-to-your-ribs choices, while grilling will add a bitter char to meats that will offset the succulent fruit.
The First Edition Syrah is rich and succulent with great freshness and balance between alcohol and acidity. A good swirl reveals aromas of blackberry and violet with notions of caramel and candy. Itís creamy on the palate with flavors of black plum, mint, fennel and smoke.
Kaapzicht Pinotage, Stellenbosch
Complement this intense redís savory side with equally intense, savory food. Stews, braises and roasts of game and red meats make a terrific match, especially if theyíre complemented with a rich sauce or earthy ingredients such as mushrooms or root vegetables.
Thereís an earthy, lightly funky edge to this Pinotageís ripe black fruit aromas thatís characteristic of the grape. On the palate, the wine is ripe and dense, with loads of smoky, brooding black plum and blackcurrant fruit flavors and a savory, leather-like note.
Clif Family Winery Gary's Improv Zinfandel, Napa
With its rich fruit flavors and comparatively soft tannins, Zinfandel makes a terrific barbecue pour. Serve this with anything smoked or slathered from the grill, from tofu to venison to pitmaster favorites like baby back ribs.
This is a big, spicy Zinfandel that showcases the grownup side of the grape. If offers fabulous intensity to deep, fragrant flavors of black raspberry, licorice and chocolate.
