Apple Cake Pudding
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. coriander
4 cups chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla
cream (optional)
Directions: Cream together sugar, butter and egg. Add the flour, soda cinnamon, nutmeg and coriander, blend into creamed mixture. Add remaining ingredients and stir into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Drizzle each serving with cream if desired.

Serves 6-8
